The Avett Brothers peacock owl

I am fond of ornament and made a print sans text in 2013 called "Strange Attraction" that I still get requests for. I've been waiting for the right project to make a follow up piece. This version of the series features all nocturnal animals including an owl and raccoon along with moth feathers as opposed to the butterflies from the first image. There's a satiny silver that's difficult to photograph throughout the print as well. Down the road I'll revisit this concept with a different version that I have in mind.

“People are crying up the rich and variegated plumage of the peacock, and he is himself blushing at the sight of his ugly feet.” - Saadi.
