17.75 x 23 – 3 color silkscreen – S/N edition of 150 – I was looking at Louis Wain’s schizophrenic cat paintings as an inspiration for these. What’s fascinating about his work is that you can actually see the progression of the disorder gradually happening. He started off doing these fairly normal cat paintings and spiraled into complete madness. The Austin and Dallas prints stack on top of each other to make one image.
